Service Description

Piano & Vocal lesson registration fee #2 This registration fee covers vocal sheet music for 26 weeks during the academic year and 1 Assignment booklet, 1 Flashcard set, 1 Scale Skills Booklet, and all copies out of the level booklets for the piano student for the academic year. NOTICE: IF student(s) misplaces an item, need another book(s), copied music, invoice print out, damages to studio property, etc. you are required to pay for said supplies and damages, which will be applied to your monthly payment amount. NON-REFUNDABLE. Please pay this in full within two days after you have signed and turned in your policy to Ariel's Piano & Vocal Teaching. This is a one-time non-refundable fee that pays for your supplies to begin lessons. Please note fail to pay the registration fee, will enable the teacher not to get the supplies needed to begin lessons. (Please reread your policy). Haven't received a policy? Cancellation Policy

You must notify the instructor if you are wishing to cancel. You must be 100% ready to take lessons or your lesson will be terminated.
